Bella and I will be unable to come tomorrow (we have been out of town a lot) but I hope you all have lots of corgi fun! Hope we can make it to the next one!

Pippin and Gambler and I will miss the Meet Up tomorrow. I'll be at the Reno Rodeo for the barrel racing with a friend. I know everyone will have a good time. Make sure to stay on lead as I hear the fine is $187.00! That would take to fun out of the day!! I'll be watching for pictures so be sure and take your cameras!! Have a great day!!

Thanks to everyone's comments from here and Facebook! We're going to stick with Kiva Beach at 11am this Saturday to keep from confusing anyone and to allow those from farther away more time to get up to Tahoe. We'll explore Zephyr Cove next time! See everyone tomorrow!

Kiva Beach, now with summer season, is patrolled more by the rangers. There is a section of beach where offleash is usually not a problem - but still if-y. Zephyr Cove Resort, park on the street and not pay $8, I go all the time. Just north of the resort grounds, where the picnic tables and wire fence stops is forestry land and off leash. The nice big curvey beach is in the off leash are. There are smaller coves and a nice walk thru the forest with lake views.

I've been informed Kiva Beach is dog friendly but requires leashes. Does anyone know if this is enforced, and if so, do you have any suggestions on where we could meet unleashed?

Northern Nevada Corgis! We have a corgi in need!
Earlier this week, Jillian's corgster Aubri tragically died after a quick and unexplained illness. Now her other corgster Beanie is ill. Jillian needs help coming up with enough money to get Beanie the help she needs. Can you donate a few dollars to help one of our own?
