Hi! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving! Wendy and Phil are here visiting! My Grandma is 92 and had been living in her own home still, but is now in the hospital and not doing real well. She has diabetes, and a weird phenomenon where her sodium level just bottoms out which makes her out of it and is also very dangerous! It is difficult to see our loved ones go through something that makes them seem a totally different person(she is confused and paranoid)
Wendy and Phil were planning on returning home today but I don't know when they will go back for sure now. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers!!!!
Hi again, it does take some getting use to(the site) but i like it better than Facebook and most others! You'll be a pro b/f long! I think u can just go to my inbox too if it is easier? My girls play soccer too so I am into the sport. They are just beginning tho so don't know how long it will last!! We had a great time trick or treating over the weekend and the Corgis came right along and loved it! No barking or anything!
We are preparing for Edward to get neutered on Wednesday so not looking forward to that, although I think it is harder to have a female go thru it, we'll see......Wendy sent me an e-mail about a Corgi that needed rescuing so I wonder if they will...... I figure if she's looking she must be interested??? Don't know tho cuz I know they have many places to travel too... Talk to you soon have a great week!!
Hi, I can't believe my luck in finding you, knowing my Aunt and Uncle and all! That is sooo great that you were able to help your son and daughter in law out by taking him in!! He is sooo lucky to have you!! I didn't catch how old Jack is??? He reminds me of our Edward a lot!!! I almost had Phil and Wendy taking home a Corgi puppy of their own when they were here in June and they are the reason that we found Edward as they were driving here to Mn through Iowa and happened to see an ad for Corgi puppies on their way!! We had Edward about 5 days into their visit so they got to meet him as a pup, but he is 5 1/2 mos old now, and is 20lbs or more!!! I hope we can be friends! I just love my two Corgis sooo much!! Melissa
Welcome Jack! I'm so glad you have Grandma & Grandpa to take you in and give you a happy home! Is it difficult to be a blind corgi, or do you manage just fine? I can only imagine how good your hearing is!
