Hi Anastasia! Thank You for the wonderful compliments on Lance!! Yes his coloring his called a Blue Merle and he is a cardigan welsh corgi! Blue Merle Cardigans are not as common as the pem but there are alot of them on this site! Corgis do need lots of excercise or they can get destructive/barky. A well excercised corgi is a well behaved one! They are smart dogs and learn fast. They are also bossy and need to know who is in charge or they will take over and think they are the boss, thats where excercise comes in handy to tire them out.
