Yesterday we were out on the boat in t-shirts today I am pulling out sweatshirts I had put away until fall. What is up with this weather!!!! Spring sure is bouncing around.

We took the Corgis to an Easter egg biscuit hunt yesterday and we found a new friend here in Rochester, Nancy Parker and Scooter. Hope you all will welcome them to the site. We wish all of you a JOYOUS EASTER!!!!

Why do the store bought ones taste so much better? I've noticed this but thought that maybe I don't have a good recipe!

I made whole wheat matzo ball soup. They were much heavier than the traditional matzo balls but we liked them. Not technically correct for passover but we observe pretty loosely anyway. My store bought macaroons were great though!
