Hi Kay - Eddie was such a good boy at our clinic for his surgery. He is quite the talker! Hope he is feeling good and will come visit us some other time too. We had another corgi in the same day for same thing - Eddie wanted to rest on his nice warm heat pad and the other one couldn't get far enough away from the heat pad. He walked so nicely on the leash to go outside for a potty break - he is a sweet boy.
Hi Kay - Eddie is a really cute pup! You'll be busy but will really love the new energy around the house with a new puppy. I talked to Renee yesterday and I wish I had room for one more corgi because she had a split face female born a couple of days ago. Her face is exactly 1/2 black and 1/2 white and the ear on the white half is black. I guess she also has a full white collar. She emailed me a picture and it's so tempting but I would be in divorce court if I came home with another one. My husband thinks two is one too many in the house! Enjoy your new friend.
Tallulah loves all the little kiddies that are in my subdivision! They love her too! She licks them so much they leave! She LOVES water! Standing water, running water, sprinklers... Does Eddie stick his face under the water and blow bubbles? Has he started to make loud, like he's caught in an animal trap howling sounds? My Tallulah does that and I'm not sure where that comes from. I've always got a spray bottle ready to zap her to get her to stop. Tallulah also had that thicker white blaze on her head and now it's a fine white line. She is also my first corgi! She's great! ^-^
Thanks for the Corgi connection! I would get another one but 2 is my limit right now! I'm trying to get my Mom and anyone else I know to get them though, then I can have a pack of them without all the work!!! I think your facebook group is something different, but I will have to check that out too!!! My husband will laugh at me if I join another Corgi site!!!
Hi again, How did you find out about the breeder you went with in Zumbrota??? I looked for a long time when I was trying to find the breed here in Mn. The closest I could find was in Waverly about 40min west of the cities!!!! We drove up there in December and got stuck on 52 in an ice storm coming back home!! Ugh!!! What part of Roch did you grow up in??? We are on the SE side by Bear Creek. I'm glad you like the profile page, I'm slightly addicted to this site. Ha! Ha! Oh by the way you'll have to join the Mn Corgi Group!!! See Ya!!!
No way!!! We are from Rochester and our baby's name is Edward but he gets called Eddie most of the time!!! He is almost 4mos old and sounds alot like your little guy! Sorry for your loss!!! We actually lost our beloved Phinneas on June 13th so sad!!!! Where did you find Eddie???
