Dover and I would love to play in the snow with you guys!  and it looks like we're going to have a lot of it to play in :)  when were you thinking of having a snowy play date?

FELLOW CONNECTICUT CORGI OWNERS - Let's get a winter snowy play date together! Reggie LOVES the snow. Loves it. He can't get enough and loves playing with people and dogs alike in it. So let's plan something soon, if possible? Let's discuss availability!

Paco cannot even go through the snow without having a trail already made for him, way too much work for the short-legged guy

We got a lovely big snow storm here in New England over the holiday weekend.  South of us they actually fared worse.  Lots of cancellations, schools,businesses and other activities.

How are your dogs handling the depth of the snow? Duchess took a while before she would do her duty on a plowed driveway. Luckily my plowman makes an area on the side yard where Duchess finally "went".

Pat will be posting the announcement soon. I send out emails to my contact list. If you want to be on my list let me know. We try to hold the gathering if possible in almost any kind of weather. There is no way to contact everyone if we decide to call it off. I expect everyone to decide for themselves if the weather is too much for them.
In case that no one shows up or very few, we can do it over the following week, Then I will send emails out to let people know. June

Although it is the weekend after Thanksgiving, there are already some postitive responses. I hope the weather is half ways decent. June

Cool weather is the corgis best friend. You can't stop walking them in the winter. Duchess doesn't want to walk much in the summer, but yesterday she walked about three miles without complaint.
