@Cindi, every person registers (and pays) the $30 themselves.

This is a fundraiser walk for the Atlanta Humane Society so the proceeds are going to help defray the cost for shelter animals, hospital care, UTD shots, spay/neuter, etc. The cost is $30 for your registration fee, please check website to see what all this includes. Hope to see some Corgi's on parade and maybe generate some interest in future meetups.

Is the $30 for a group?  I must admit I am not much a of city girl but if people want to do it, I have already penciled it in on my calendar.  I wish we had a contact with someone at the PWCCGA.  They might already be planning on going.  I'd also like to know what fun things they are up to.

April 30th 2011 is the Atlanta Humane Society pet parade fund raiser held at Piedmont park. It would be great to get a group of corgi's walking in this parade. The website is www.atlantapetparade.org for further information. Registration is $30 so I thought I would put this out early so we all have time to get our fees together. If anyone is interested in doing this as a team or group please contact me.

There is a lot to be learned from Avery's experience. I worry so much about Gracie and Dyson getting into things. I need to be much diligent. I hope Lucy is feeling better soon!

@ Avery, she looks worn out but so glad you were observant to her symptoms so she could have the surgery and start to heal quickly. Best wishes to Lucy for a speedy recovery

Awww poor baby girl :( I hope she feels better. I am always paranoid about the dogs getting into things. I've heard too many horror stories! Glad you found it so quickly! Praying for a quick recovery! :)

Here is a picture of the pieces of rubber. The penny is to show how large they were. I don't know where it came from as my yard is fenced. The neighbors have a dog, and I think she either got it from one of the kids next door giving it to her or digging it up from the previous owners.
