This should probably be posted in "when corgi owners let their babies give them tooooo many kisses" group!

Ok, here's what happened:  I go up to bed and the pups can now jump up onto the bed.  It's a mad rush to see if I can get in bed and under covers before they "get me".  Well, turns out I can't!  So they are both giving me kisses (for some reason they really like the ears), I'm laughing, and all of a sudden I feel my earring come out.  I'm not even sure which one it was but either Herky or Mia swallowed my diamond stud earring.  The diamond is not real big but does have sentimental value to me.  My husband bought them for me several years ago when he got a new job and was grateful for my moral support until he got hired on permanently......etc, etc.  Anyway, I don't know that I can search thru their you know what to try and find.  Maybe I can make the one earring look popular!

Funny thing is, I still love my corgi kisses!

@Nicole - Rafa/Ricky original name was Butters. It's the Rafa curse. The blue sharpie proves a well-known fact about corgis––they will eat anything.

@Carol- I hope that Lucky is feeling better today. He's welcome to hedge walk here anytime. Jack says that he does it all the time now. So I went out with my camcorder yesterday & of course he didn't do it. I'll keep trying. I want to see it too!

Butters ate a blue sharpie. On our cream colored couch. Butters is not very popular today.

Wendy, I have been quietly waiting for the video of the hedge walking! 

Last night, Lucky got some kinda bee up his butt around 2AM.  He sounded like a fish seal-walking throughout the house, under the dining table and the chairs, down the back hall, into Jeremy's room and then barfed into the pile of dirty sox on the floor (I think he got real worked up with all his activity!)  I carried him back into "his room" was afraid to put up the gate because he has been known to come crashing out, sure enough he did not stay.  He ended up under the rocking chair, but at least fell asleep around 2:30 or 3.  Maybe he could bring his cart and come hedge walk with Rafa!

Seriously, Corky! haha. I actually keep magazines on some chairs so that Rafa/Ricky will hopefully only shred the mags and stop chewing holes in the sofas!

@ Bev. I know you're right. I will one day miss his naughty ways. Can't believe I'm saying this. He really is a character and I absolutely adore him. He's a charming scoundrel. I can't even say little scoundrel because he's gotten so big...much bigger Lucy, and still growing.

PS And it's true that it's the bad boys that provide memories forever. Lucy barely gets a mention these days because she's so perfect.

Good to know that Addy has outgrown some of the puppy hijinks. Ricky/Rafa is definitely in a league of his own but he is hilarious. No corgi ever made me laugh as much or was as infuriating. He's so quirky that I doubt that he'll ever fully outgrow his crazy antics, and I don't think I'd really want him to. He's more entertaining than TV. I must get a video of him walking on top of the hedges.
