We had a grand time at the AZ Cactus Corgi Rescue picnic.  Gromit went nuts for the fly-ball demo!   I actually had to carry him away to get him calmed down. I've never seen him so wound up!

Toby begged Frank to buy raffle tickets.  It paid off when Toby won a new doggie bed.

 

It was good fun to meet some MyCorgi friends in person.  Hopefully we can all manage a play day before the summer weather arrives.

Hi Doug and Gromit - Did you see my pictures of the Corgi Picnic on WagsnWiggles yet?  If so, can you find a way to make a link to them for Arizona Corgis so that everyone can get to see them?  I still don't know how to do that yet. Thanks , Frank and Toby.

Wiener dogs are like that.  Holly's not real social either but sometimes she surprises us and doesn't totally ignore other people.

Yeah, we are, cause we have our last dog training class near the park, and they are both students. Unfortunately we'll only be able to stay til 12:45, cause the class is at 1pm. Hopefully Philo behaves, cause he's not very social. Fingers crossed. See you tomorrow morning.

Excited about the picnic tomorrow. I made Ein a personalized bandana for the occasion. Yay!

If anyone would like further info on MARCH 20TH picnic you should go to vickiazcatuscorgi.com for more info on what will be going on from food to games for the pups and a Easter Parade for the kids. Vicki will also have a few rescues up for adoption. This is a big undertaking is has taken on.

I/m also told she has 2 white corgis....................again......reach her at vickiazcactuscorgi.com ....it will give her a general idea how many peopl to expext so she can resrve tables....................Rosemary
