PLEASE HELP

I am in desperate need of finding a home for my almost 5 year old Pembrooke Welsh Corgi name Zeus Apollo.  He is not good with other dogs or small children.  I adopted him 2 years ago from my friend after he snapped at her baby.  Now I have a 7 month old son and a 10 month old niece and he has snapped at my niece.  He has never hurt any of the children but with this happening in two different homes I can not take the risk.  He is an amazing one on one dog and is very well behaved with adults and older children.  So please help me I do not want to have to take him to the County shelter here in Indiana because I would hate for them to put him down.  So please let me know if you or someone you know can help.  Thank you!

Have you contacted your rescue in that area?  Sam should be able to tell you where to call...

Yes and they will not take him because he has shown aggression towards kids and he makes a bad adoption candidate.

I'm looking for a male, PW, red/white or Tri 1-6 years old.  Please see my profile as my MaGuire passed in late December.  I live in Northern Michigan with an outdoor English Shepherd and Guinea fowl.  No children or grandkids.  MaGuire didn't like the other dog either so I always kept them separate. Do you have a picture?  Also, travel would be my biggest issue as I don't go far.  I do know several people who work or travel in your area.  I love his name:)  I will friend you and then we can message, if you wish!!

He probably snapped at the 10 mo old niece because she grabbed at him or something. Dogs WILL get used to children, he just needs to be supervised. I have several grandkids and when the my corgi's don't want to be around them, the dogs go into the bedroom!  Do you take your dog out in public? It's really important to get dogs out & around people & other dogs.

I have posted on here that there is a male tri-colored corgi in a kill shelter in Northern Indiana if this does not work out. He is in LaGrange, IN.
