At 2:59pm on July 8, 2011, Keri&Merlin(Judy&Alan's Pups) said…: Wow,do Your comments sound like home!!Keri does that high-pitched whine when I get My keys or she sees the trailer coming home :).We went down to Monterey a couple of weeks ago (about 3 hours from home)but Our favorite place is along a river 4 hours north of Us on the coast called Gualala.The campground is down in a deep valley in the middle of the redwoods,with the river and a great beach,and at night when all is quiet,You can hear the waves at the ocean.Our coastal areas here are usually very windy all year round,but not in that valley.The area is not friendly to cellphones or tv reception.Perfect!!

I have taken so many pictures of the sailboats there, I just love watching them! Many times it is just too hot to have our furbabies out in the sun too much. My grandparents place has air conditioning, thank goodness, we leave them there most of the day when it's too hot. We will need to keep in touch, maybe next year we will cross paths in Stockton, we can have a Corgi swim meet!
