It was done in Flash, so I guess it would be a raster. By the time that I finished this late last night, I don't think I was fully conscious anymore. :) Man do I love my tablet. Thank you for all your comments guys!

Do you do this with a computer drawing tablet and what program do you use? I am an old school artist but this does interest me I have done a tiny bit with illustrater but I don't really know what I am doing. mostly I just scan my work into the computer and then trace it with the mouse and then add different lines:)

Depending on they are made, they are vector or raster. ;3 You know that though. If it was done as an actual vector, it is a vector drawing. If it is raster, cell shade! I like both of them very much.
