  • Lauren Esherick

Dan, where in central pa do you live? I got my corgi from a family that just got her from a breeder but with a new baby and other kids it was to much for them. I researched online but I do have a friend that breeds corgis and I was going to buy her newly retired female that was 6 years old but decided after that to get a younger puppy. But she still has that female, she even is getting out of the corgi breeding and probally will not have any more litters but I assume she is going to have to sell her male stud dog and her two smaller younger females . If your intrested I can find out if she is selling them and howw much they would be. I know since the retired femal can no longer saftly have any more babys and was spayed she is less expensive. $300 or possibly even less for her but I can see about the others. If you are intrested in a older corgi we could possibly meet sometime and I can introduce you to my friend and her corgis and of course you can see my little girl to.

  • Jenny and Django

Stopping in for a quick hello! Django is my new 9 month old pup and we live in the Boyertown area. Happy to meet everyone :)

  • Joelle Soupe

My Pem and I just moved to Pittsburgh to join my new husband! Any corgi get-togethers in the Pitt area?

  • Lauren Esherick

Jeanne Our local Dog Park was just built this past year and we will be having a Grand Opening on June 15 I know my Corgi Laci will be there and I hope my 4 friends that have corgis and maybe even my vet who has a corgi will come to. So in a way it will be a meetup.
  • Joelle Soupe

Thanks Lauren! Is the dog park you're referring to different from the Frick Park Dog Park?

  • Lauren Esherick

No it's not Frick. I from Somerset PA and the dog park is only 2 minutes away from the turnpike
  • Bekah, Toby & Haddie

Hello all! I am from the Punxsutawney Area and have had my boy, Toby, for three years now. I got him in Burgettstown, PA, not far from Pittsburgh in 2010.

  • Jenifer Oberoi

It's official, we are moving to PA!  We will be moving to the Brandywine Valley area this summer.

Hello All,I recently posted the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of the Garden Funday Sunday invite in Events.  We have also have members from Pennsylvania and would like to invite others owned by or interested in Pembrokes to our event.  The park for our event is only 35 minutes away from Easton PA, just outside of Flemington, NJ.  Here is the event post: http://mycorgi.com/events/pembroke-welsh-corgi-club-of-the-garden-s...

Joelle, and anyone else in the SW PA corner, I live in Greensburg, and would love to meet up.

  • Lauren Esherick

Lynn, Joelle, and me that's 3 people plus I know at least 3 other people with corgi who would want to have a meetup. I say lets schedule one and do it you are all invited to come to the Somerset Dog Park we have 2 picnic tables and can use a canopy if needed but we can have a nice meetup of corgi lovers and of course if you have other breeds as well they can come. Would a date this fall work. A Saturday or Sunday afternoon.
  • Bekah, Toby & Haddie

Lauren, I am up near Punxsutawney but I would totally drive down to Somerset with Toby for a meet up. It's only about 3hrs for us which would be the longest trip Toby has ever taken. It would also be the first time in a dog park for him since we don't have any around here. I know next month is pretty booked for me but October is fairly open. I just have a wedding to go too on the 12th.

  • Lauren Esherick

I'm not sure what I am doing in October but I may be spending a month with my brother in myrtle beach.
  • Lynn Colson

Still would love to meet up. Somerset is only about 45 minutes for us.  Believe it or not, we have not seen another corgi in the six years since we got our girl.

  • Bekah, Toby & Haddie

There is someone who lives near me that has a Cardigan that friends of mine has seen every now and then. I have seen them once walking but couldn't stop to say hello and have not seen them since.

  • Jessica Harding

Hi all! My fiance and I are just north of the Lehigh Valley and recently adopted a fluffy corgi puppy. He could use some corgi friends! We have a sixty acre property with fields, woods and creeks and would love to have a meetup with other corgi parents.

  • Anne

We are always interesting in a meet up if we are in town. We are in the Lehigh Valley but would travel for a corgi roundup. Le-Le just spent the last 2 weeks with a 5 month old pembroke corgi and she was a great player once she got going.

  • Teresa

We live near Reading and would be interested in a meet up.  Baron is now 3  1/2.

  • Jenny and Django

I too live near reading- boyertown actually, and would love to bring django!
  • Jenny and Django

I too have a wedding the 12th or 13tg- shoot i have to double check that! Maybe the next weekend? Django is 1 1/2 and a great player too. Very loving and never too aggressive.
  • Teresa

We would like to have the first Eastern PA corgi meetup. Do you know of Awesome Dawgs.  Located on Rt 12 outside of reading.  I can rent the indoor play area for parties.  Date is open except for next weekend.  We're doing the walk for the animals.  I just need to know how many corgi's and their parents would like to come and what weekend is the best.  We'll pay for the hall rental.  Check out their website:  www.awesomedawgs.com

  • Lisa Davis

We do have an Eastern Pa Corgi meet-up already.  It is called "The Philly Area Corgi Picnic"  Here is their FB page..  https://www.facebook.com/groups/193204454173088/

Not saying it wouldn't be great to have another one!!!  If you do come through with another one you might want to post the details in the Philly picnic page.  I know a lot of people/corgis want to get together more often.  The Philly one meets in June and i think they said they had around 80 Corgis at the last one.

I personally am not available next weekend but will check back to see if you change the date!!!

  • Tiph, Jared & Cora the Corgi

We live near Reading as well. Cora is always looking for a Corgi//doggie play date.
