I am a MH Case Manager and have owned my first Pembroke Welsh Corgi for three years now. I absolutely love my corgi like he is my child and believe me he is spoiled rotten!
Toby now has a sister, Miss Haddie May, who is a cream colored, blue eyed, domestic short hair cat that I adopted from my local SPCA (March 12, 2013). Toby and Haddie are so comical together and are the best of friends (and highly jealous of each other over mommy's attention....)
Welsh Corgi Breeder?
No
About My Corgi(s):
I have a three year old, neutered, Welsh Pembroke Corgi named Toby (Toby Tater, Tobison, Baby Boy, Tubby Toby, etc...). He was my college graduation present from my mom who drove the whole way out to Pittsburgh, PA where I was student teaching at the time to come look at puppies with me. There were actually two litters of males at the place we went too and Toby was the biggest puppy there and one of two with floppy ears. I was looking specifically for a floppy eared puppy even though I knew it would possibly stand eventually. Toby waddled over to my mom and plopped his little tubby bum down and sighed and hung his head. My mom picked him up and he just melted into her shoulder and rested his head on her. The other puppies were crazy and biting and all over the place. When mom handed him to me he sighed again and snuggled under my chin and that was it. He is the first dog that I own myself even though my family has had dogs as long as I can remember. He has been the best dog I could have ever asked for. The easiest to train and has the biggest personality imaginable.
Toby recently (3-12-13) got a new sister! Her name is Miss Haddie May. She is a cream colored, blue eyed, domestic short hair cat who is a year and a month youner than Toby. They are comical together and the best of friends. They fight constantly for mommy's attention...
