Tucker was born in April 04. He's a lucky dog, because he gets to go to work with me everyday (and I am a lucky person). He's the church mascot. He is a very sporty dog who is obsessed with fetching. Inside he's mostly a cuddly coach potato.

    Mary Ann,
    I just had a thought, scary! Sitstay.com has some vests you can buy and patches. (one says, something like I'm friendly, you can pet me or pet me I'm friendly)

    If you hook up with one of the therapy dog groups like TDI or Delta Society they could put Tucker through one of their courses and then you could wear their vest.(another thought.)

    I think it is awesome that you can make it work. I do bring the dogs (usually not all at once) into my office on occassion when the legislature is not in session. I wish I could do it every day! It's a nice feeling to feel that bundle of love curled up on your feet!

    Thanks everyone! We really appreciate the welcome and the advice. By the way, Tuck's coat is from Land's End. It gets REALLY cold sometimes in northern IL where we've been living and we try to go to the dog park everyday. It also makes for a good Christmas picture.

    Thanks! My mom sent this picture in to the "mascot of the week" column last July in the Pueblo (CO) Chieftan newspaper, and they used it on Christmas Eve, so we were really tickled.
