My fiance and I work at a local restaurant here in Santa Rosa, CA and felt the need of a dog companion.. We researched all kinds of breeds and finally found the perfect one - a Pembroke Welsh Corgi.
Welsh Corgi Breeder?
No
About My Corgi(s):
We really lucked out. Destro is a sable male, 9 months old. He's such a fun little doggy. He loves to learn new tricks, enjoys morning walks and afternoons at the park. He loves people, other dogs and leaves!
Having a girl corgi is great and she gets along well with our male lab mix, Jack! We also have 3 cats, she loves to try and herd them but they don't listen to her. Hahahaha! She chases just the one cat, Bella, because I think Bella swats at her also! Lots of fun, she is a character and has a spunky personality! She is soooooooooo funny!
Welcome! What an adorable little pup you have there! I just read your post in the summer pup group about switching foods and your vet recommended Science Diet. Most vets are not very trained in the nutrion dept. as I have learned on this site. Science diet (which I aslo learned here) is not a very good healthy food, and the reasoning your vet gave doesnt make much sense to me) I thought Blue Buffalo was actually a nutrious dog food, if I remember correctly, how come you want to switch off of it? You can go to www.dogfoodanalysis.com and it will give you give you very helpful information on picking a nutrious dog food. This site is very helpful and informative and has alot of knowledgeable people on here. You will love mycorgi. You can look under forums and look up food and you will come across a bunch of discussions on there about what to feed puppy.....it is a very common question. Looking forward to hearing from you.
