Hello fellow Corgi owners! We're Tori and Mike from Brockton, MA. We both work in computer-related jobs, though on opposite sides of the spectrum: Mike works with finance software, Tori edits online textbooks. We lived together for just a few months before we decided to get a dog, and thanks to some investigation and luck, we became official Corgi owners in August 2007.
Pepper is a two year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi who lives with her mommy, daddy, grandma ("Mum"), Auntie Dara, Uncle Matthew, and cousin Cleo the Dobie. She proudly boasts a full tail, despite US breed standards, and we're very glad to have had the opportunity to choose her just 12 hours after she was born. Mommy and Daddy visited every week until she was ready to go home, and she's been happily frapping around the apartment ever since. She loves other dogs of all sizes, walks anywhere, and meeting new people, so let us know if you're nearby for a meet-up!
I love your "green curtain" photos. Guess I'll have to buy that curtain somewhere :) Interesting that you had to order undocked corgi and even pay beforehand. Here we have to order docked corgis, but only a few breeders would dock a pup. I think that docking will be illegal in whole Europe soon.
Wow, that Pepper sure is a cutie! And how fun that you're nearby! We'd love to meet-up with the group sometime, especially while the weather is warm (but not too hot because all that fluff can be bothersome!). Let us know if you get anything together!
Hi Pepper -
Just to let you know we are planning a get together for your fellow corgi's -
would love to see you (and your tail!)
Here is the info and hope you can make it - it is only about 45 min. south of Brockton (I think)
Let's plan on meeting with as many corgi's as we can round up on Sat.
10/25 at 10am in the field just behind the Brown House at Seveny Field
("the Glen"). Portsmouth, on rt 138. just after the state police barrack you take a left into fields and follow down till you see the corgis.
Rain date: Sun, 10/26 at 10 am
hope to hear from you soon
Thanks, She sneaks out and escapes thru the back fence and chases frogs in the pond every chance she gets.
Your pepper is precious.
I see your from MASS. I used to live in Holyoke and Easthampton Mass.

It's o.k. that your dog has a tail. I wish that they had left the tails on my corgi's. It must have hurt.
