United States

Profile Information:

Hometown:
Sunnyvale, CA (30 miles South of San Francisco)
About Me:
First time Corgi owner. I've learned so much, I've been well trained by my Corgi. I can't imagine my life without him. Karley his litter mate (sister) came to live with her big brother in May 2010
Welsh Corgi Breeder?
No
About My Corgi(s):
His name is Paddy, hers is Karley. Born July 12, 2006. I am convinced they are circus clowns in a fur coat. I have never laughed so hard at all their antics...and there are new ones every day. Paddy enjoys playing with his dog friends at doggie day care 3-days a week and sleeping upside down in his crate. His greatest love is herding the family cat back into the house when she escapes (she doesn't find this entertaining at all). Kaley loves being with her brother and helping him with all herding projects. One of her favorite things is to curl up next to her human for some love and belly rubs.
Favorite Toys - soft rubber squeeky balls and rubber bones.
Favorite Treats - Banana Biscotti from www.pawsativelyhealth.com.
Favorite Game - Paddy's - "I'll drop my bone and you pick it up for me." Karley's-"I'm going to sneak up on my brother and steal his bone."
Favorite Place - Running on the beach in Carmel, CA
I have:
Pembroke

Thank you very much! My husband discovered that song on itunes. It is by Nancy Simmonds, "True Prince Of Wales (Welsh Corgi)".

Your corgi christmas photos are AWESOME!

It was out first time to the Mountain View meetup too!! I don't know how the turnout usually is, but we were so happy so many showed up. We live in SF, so we usually attend that meetup.

Heeeeeey.....wait a minute...there's a Paddy that goes to Downtown Dogs...is this the same Paddy? Ok, so before you think I'm completely weird, on Caleb's first day to doggy daycare he got a report card that said how he did, and noted that he really enjoyed playing with Paddy, another corgi, which is how I remembered the name. :-) It may also have something to do with the fact that I kept his report card on the fridge for a month or so afterward...but that's beside the point!

But in case it's not the same Paddy, hello anyways! It was our first time to the Mountain View meetup last month as well!

    Have a great day!

Paddy is very handsome!! I love your photos - especially the one where Paddy is eyeing up the House of Beef. Isn't that just like a corgi? Thanks for sharing your photos with us!!

Paddy is too cute! Love your videos. And reading his own book.... We also play, "I drop it and you pick it up" -- only Bertie sits on the couch and drops balls, which I crawl around to get, then throw back to him. Hmmmm. Well-trained, yep. Thank goodness there's no known video of that particular activity!
