Pasco was a stray that was picked up in Pasco county. I found a pic of him on petfinder, called the shelter, and went and got him. The rest is history. He is my best friend. He does have a little sister who is a papillon, Ruby, but shh... I do love her to death, but don't tell her he's still my favorite. :)
