I am a 58 yr old insurance executive. My husband is 53 and recovering from cancer. We spend most of our summer in the back yard around our 8,000 gal koi ponds, complete with island and covered bridge AND, of course, our little girly girl - Molly. I am also a gardener and wrote a little gift/guide book on creating miniature (fairy) gardens.
Molly, Born 8/8/2010 - a tri-color female is our fourth pembroke. She is now FULL sized - about 30 lbs and extremely athletic and strong. Her favorite thing to do is to push the dining chairs out from the table and climb up onto the middle of it to look out the deck door window -- oh well . . .
Hello and Welcome!! So glad you joined all of us corgi lovers <3
Hope your hubby is feeling better now. My brother in law just started his cancer treatment and just turned 35 this month!! I really wish they could find a cure for all cancer once and for all and all diseases for that matter.
Cody has been great about only chewing on his toys and not furniture, but I sure do make sure he has lots of toys to chew on! Got him some new deer antlers a few days ago thru the Internet. One is HUGE, like a small log, and he loves it...I can hardly believe he can pick it up, but it's his favorite.
Glad Molly's ear is up! We have a song for our little Razzo~ Razzo sad little clown , one ear up and one ear down! He's not sad just his mask and somber look sometimes! Hopefully Molly 8/8 Razzo 8/18 that ear will perk in ten days!
Such CUTE pics.......you have real Corgi cutie pies!!!! Now you give me hope that my Corgi (3 yrs old) would like to have another Corgi brother/sister (maybe a puppy)......I want to find a rescue I think someday when it seems right......your two together are too adorable and I love looking at your pics and reading your posts! I hope you two HUMANS are doing well also!
Our recent snow is definitely a Corgi challenge. Gretzky sometimes just looks at the drifts as if to say "You want me to walk through that ??!" He's not a snow romper but likes to sniff around in it. Lily and Molly are adorable.
