Welcome to the website! Are you getting/have gotten a corgi from Kim? We live in AZ too and we got Nibbler from her!

How exciting! Nibbler was sired by Gilby too! He is actually the reason I picked from that specific litter, he is a gorgeous dog. For our car ride I brought a leash and collar, a crate, a seat tether, a bowl for water, and a ton of towels, paper towels, and carpet cleaner just in case. Even though it was a long car ride Nibbler did surprisingly well and didn't get sick or have a potty accident at all. I had heard that some dogs get less carsick if they stay out of the crate, so I had her attached to a seat tether and she was able to sit on my lap. Good luck! I'm so jealous, I can't wait to get another puppy :).

awhhh.. oh my.. i remember when i had to wait for Lobo too.. couldnt wait any longer. i had to have him in my apartment asap. hehee^^

Thank you so much! It really eases my mind for you to say that. For a first time corgi mom i try to be as knowledgeable as possible, but the problem is books only tell you so much.

Its her right ear opposite of the pic you sent me, and NOW it looks like the left is almost there! Not to mention shes going up the stairs more readily ^_^. I do always win in the pull toy department... but she gets really growly with squeak toys. Any time it makes a sound she growls and tries to kill it. I have no trouble taking it away from her but its kind of scary how intense she gets.

Hi Michael, I just got one of the sisters of Lena. I met Kim at LAX which helped me a lot! I named her Quinn and she did get car sick on the ride home while I was holding her. It took a while after we were home for her stomach to settle. She is the sweetest little monkey butt ever! I know you will love Lena.

Hey Michael! Your doggies are so cute! Hopefully we can both make a meet-up with the Arizona Corgis group when it gets a little cooler out. It'd be fun to see some of Nibbler's siblings/half siblings.
