    Hi Dmitry! Sidney has his tail because his breeder decided not to dock the puppies tails. Almost all corgis, if left undocked, will have tails like Sidney's. You will see corgis in Australia, the UK and many other parts of Europe with tails now since docking tails has been banned there.
