hello suzanna. i know that puppy's face. which one is it?? welcome to this great group of humans owned by corgis. so nice to have another person from across the pond to message with. stephan and sue are such nice people. it's a shame we all live so far apart. maybe it's better that way, because when they had the gem-george litter, i easily could have slipped a couple of them in my pockets to take home. also, i believe i could have fit lancelot, aka jet into a pocket also. well, once again welcome.take care, vicky ,jack and joker

Your baby, Zeba is so cute.  Harri looks quite nice also.  There is nothing cuter than a baby Corgi (I don't have children).  Welcome.

Hi Suzanna, thank you for your comment :) Actually with Kona the game is more like fetch that turns into tug of war because she doesn't always drop the toy...  she's so stubborn sometimes.  Your corgis are super cute, love all your photos!

  • Dchang630

She is... Her mom is a pembroke and dad is a cardigan...

Thanks for the advice!  I did try stamping my foot and she will back off for a little while, after which I'll scoop her up and  try to pet her slowly to calm her down.

An having difficulty getting her to "down" though.  She just sits down and looks at my quizzically!

  • Kylie

cools!  I'll be sure to try that out!

  • Lucy & Ricky (Wendy/Jack )

I knew one of my Corgis had your Harri in the pedigree and it's my 6-year old, Lucy, a Nebriowa Corgi. I checked her pedigree and there was Belroyd the Red Grouse on both the dam and sire ancestry. I'll attach it. Small Corgi world!

  • Lucy & Ricky (Wendy/Jack )

I need to get reading glasses. I think the Red Grouse was her grand sire and also her great grand sire. I need to look this pedigree over in the light of day. I've saved all my Corgis pedigrees back to my first Corgi in 1968. You mentioned a Sophie that Lucy resembled. Is Sophie still alive? There was a Sophie on this site that I took a double take because she looked just like Lucy even though she was at least 10+ years. That Sophie passed away this year. Just wondering if we're thinking of the same Sophie. It is a common name in America and maybe in the UK. I look forward to hearing from you. I'll try to find my first Corgi's pedigree. He was born in England in 1968. Corgis have beguiled me for over 40 years. They've played such an important part in my life and all of my family.

Wishing you and your beautiful Corgis a healthy and good life in 2012.

  • Lucy & Ricky (Wendy/Jack )

This is my favorite photo of Lucy, like the book, Ferdinand the Bull, stopping to smell the flowers.

  • Lucy & Ricky (Wendy/Jack )

OMG. I've just come back to this site after a few years absence. I can't believe you were the owner of Harri. He's like the equivalent of Paul McCartney and Elvis rolled into one rocking Corgi!!! I know your bio was written a while ago and your fabulous Harri was 10 then. My little Lucy (a great niece to Harri) is already 10, so...

Please drop me a line if you receive this and feel like chatting up a long-lost relative of Harri from California. Wishing you well..Fondly, Wendy
