Hi John, The fluffy coat involves 2 genes and can be bred out but I understand that a lot of breeders keep it in because their corgis that don't have it have nicer coats that families that don't have it. We thought that he was going to have the glamor coat which is a little long but not this long but some Corgis have really long ones. Watch for pics of Dee Dee and Pudge, the pup has a lovely long healthy coat. Some are really beautiful but they are not good enough for the show ring. The only problem is that Randy gets hot here in AL. He is heat intolerant so I clip him in the summer.
John, Look at Stephen Bale's page. He is from Wales, I think and shows in the UK. His dogs are good looking but he has a female fluffy, named Gemini, who is beautiful. His dogs have tails so you can really see the beauty of Corgis.
