We don't come on very often, but happened to be here today. Don't they do cataract surgery on dogs? A husky in our extended family was born with cataracts. They didn't do surgery. He became blind, but was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He could even play frisbee via hearing! Lived out a long happy life, well loved--as I know Waffle will be. All the best to you both.
