Toby was born on 4/8/09. We got him from Celestial Star Kennel. Yes, another Celeste baby !!! I have been patiently waiting for a corgi from her for 5 years now....and finally.....yes !!! He is finally home with us and he is great so far !! He is already developing his personality, and playing with our border collie till no end !! More pics to come !!
