About Me:: This is our first puppy and Corgi. We (I) had always rescued older dogs, but my son begged me for his own puppy and he wanted a Welsh Corgi. After my last two rescue dogs died (tetanus and parvo) we didn't have any dogs for a year...until now...this was my 12 year old's Christmas gift: Lacey, a tri-color 8 week old puppy. She is smart, lovable, cute and a proud little thing.

About My Corgi(s):: Lacey, born on October 3, 2010 (same as my mom's birthday). Lacey was a Christmas gift for my son, but as this is our new puppy, the gift has been more for me (all those little gifts in the yard and waking up before dawn!). But she is the sweetest lil thing. I just want to make sure I raise a well mannered, obedient dog and I find myself beign very linient because she is a puppy.
