    HAPPY NEW YEAR SZILVIA!! My husband and I just got back from our drive to Chicago. We went to visit my daughter, Melody who just got back from Budapest last week! She brought back so many awesome things that she purchased at the Christmas Market. I was there when they were setting it up but left before it opened. I was so bummed!! :-( Today here in Minnesota it's 3 outside. I purchased a hungarian cookbook and will be making goulash today! I can't wait to see how that turns out. Take care!!     Dear Eileen, we hope, your goulash (gulyás - this is the hungarian form) was succeed well, and was tasty. I recommend you the chicken with paprika souce, it is tasty as well... And maybe the "lecsó" (wery similar to french ratatouille) :-) If you need the receipe, contact me!
