Tomahawk is a nine month Pembroke Welsh corgi who believes he is above the law and doesn't give a damn about breaking the rules. He is a free spirit and a devil-dog, but will always be willing to show me he loves me. Fences is a three month old sable Pembroke and still hasn't shown us her true colors yet, but hopefully she will break out of her shell soon.

    Hey !

    I thought MyCorgi sent notices to my email everytime someone contacted me but I just realized that's only if you send a message.  If you comment I'll never know unless I login and look. 

     

    You're right, puppyhood is definitely fleeting.  Wilson's baby fur is all gone and he has his coarser red fur and he just basically looks like someone shot a full grown Corgi with a miniaturizing gun !  He's so darn cute. Everyone who told me that getting a new Pembroke puppy was the best way to deal with a broken heart from losing one, sure was right.  It's pretty hard to be sad about losing Winston when I've got little Wilson staring me in the face all day.  I have my moments of sadness and utter disbelief that Winston is gone, but I'm thankful we had him for so long, and I just hug Wilson a little harder.  How are your two doing ?
