About My Corgi(s):: Madog is a little tri boy born May 25th, 2008. Naturally he is the smartest, stockiest, sweetest corgi to ever spread eagle across a floor.. :) And he is Kobi's long lost brother.

Madoc (Standard Welsh: Madog) ab Owain Gwynedd was, according to folklore, a Welsh prince who discovered America in 1170, over three hundred years before Christopher Columbus's voyage in 1492. Though there is no contemporary historic record of such an individual, Madoc's existence has been the subject of much speculation. No historical or archaeological evidence of such a man or his voyages has been found in the New or Old World. I love your description - suspect he's defective! How cute. The two times that I saw Moose before we got him, he was so mellow and sweet. Then we got him home! What a little terror he was! That first year I was wondering why I decided to become a mother at 50 years old, but we just kept working at it, and he's a wonderful dog now. Enjoy your "defective" baby! Gosh he's too cute!

Yes, more pictures please! I'm so excited that I found you on here. I'm extremely tempted to buy their sister or brother, she even lowered the price by $100 because no one wants them.

Tell me about it! The mosquitoes are awful here right now, especially with Gustav and Ike having come through, as you have experienced also. I think the squadron lives in our backyard! Some are rather big, I think they are the generals LOL! Lily hates them, they annoy her so much. Does Madog seem annoyed by them?

Lily held up pretty well. She enjoys the rain though, would rather be in it than in her dog house. In fact, we tried to bring her in but she wouldn't come. The wind didn't bother her either, but she was busy barking off and on during the night. I expected her to be bothered by it, but she surprised me! I am sure that Madog would be proud to say he has survived two hurricanes in two weeks. Good Madog :)

It snowed here earlier this year and Lily loved it! If it weren't so dangerous to drive on, I would invite you here the next time it snows so Madog can play in it. That is one thing I miss about Oklahoma, the occasional snow.

Hey!! Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. Anyway, I chose Luann because I emailed her a few times just to originally get info. on their sister, Vegas-- and she was very nice and quick with all of her responses. Plus, it seems like she definitely knows what she's doing, and breeds lovely little Corgi's! We chose to get Kobi instead though, I fell in love with the description of his personality and his pictures. I literally looked for months and months to find the perfect Corgi & breeder though. & am very happy with my decision!

and p.s.-- I LOVE YOUR PHOTOS!! Madog is adorable, and in a few of them he looks so much like Kobi! :D

We are in Shreveport at least once a month, depending on the time that Lily runs out of her food. There is no place here that has the Blue Buffalo, and the PetsMart in Texarkana is a joke LOL. If we do not have any other shopping that we need to do, we bring Lily, but we let her stay at home if we are going to be there all day.

I am definitely going to start walking her! I need the exercise and I know that she would love it. Since it is cooling off finally, I think I just might do that. I know Lily will say Thank you! 5 pounds? You go girl! Madog is the perfect exercise partner, isn't he?

That's good to hear, I was just so worried because he's still quite the tiny little thing. Today he was doing much better, just frolicking around, I only saw one worm, and it was dead. I should get the meds tommorow or the next day.

Hey! How are you and Madog doing?? Kobi is about 15 pounds right now and turning into a big boy with all of his adult teeth (almost) in. They have such good genes.. I don't even know if I want to get Kobi neutered.
