About My Corgi(s):
All my Low Rider's have Champion pedigree's and go threw testing requirements to promote a healthy sound Corgi. I look for smooth movement, flat toplines, great expression, thick sturdy bone, and most importantly..MIND! My dogs get the utmost of care and love and expect the same from any puppy buyers. All my Low Rider's are fed Eukanuba and Sentinel given monthly. My puppies are raised in the home w/my family and are socialized several times a day. I have an AKC Registered Veterinarian who I have a wonderful relationship w/and handles all of the care on my Low Rider adults and pups. Puppies have their nails trimmed every week w/dewormings starting at 2 wks of age and every other wk. following the initial deworming along w/vaccinations at 6 wks before going to their new homes at 8 wks of age. All puppies are sold on a Limited Registration unless references are provided and I feel your worthy of an Open Registration. Contracts per agreement will be signed before releasing said dog. I will allow my studs to service a very selective few outside females upon my evaluation of said females and a health certificate from a veterinarian. I have acquired a Kennel License for my county which allows the county and city to come unannounced to inspect my kennel, and of course AKC. I have also acquired a Vendor's License which makes me pay taxes on my dogs. As a breeder, I feel it is my duty to educate any new owner and be there for the life of any puppy I produce and place.

I have:

It has been my experience when the time is right to do something you will know it...So until then just keep all those corgis and keep right on enjoying them as you do now...I know that I can't give up my two monkeys....they are such fun to watch bouncing around the yard....and when I take them for outings they are so well behaved.....Wish my children had been so good.....They have dogie friends here too and we often go for walks with them....a big black lab, large terrier mix....and pug....Of course none are as pretty as the corgis...Right now they are out in the sunroom enjoying their bones...what a life...When we visit my daughter playtime is with an old border collie mix, bernise mountain dog -4years old-, and the terrible terror, a Parsons Russel Terrier....very interesting ....luckily we don't live close enough to put them all together too often....Hope you have a great day....I am on my way to the park with Merry and Sam....Marion

Gosh, I sent you an email, but it looks like it has gone missing....Just a little bragging about my bunny butts....that would be Merry and Sammy....I have various names for them....rag mops is one, as they run about the house dropping hair and then mopping it up as they roll and play....I try hard to keep up with the hair....they are brushed most days and I vacuum a lot....or at least it feels that way...We are heading out to the park for a little play time, but it is a chilly day here and I am being a wimp....so don't know how long we will be out and about....of course we will have to take time to grab a little treat on the way back...That will make both dogs happy....good thing they get lots of excersize and are not fat....I guess when you are really ready to rehome some of your retired dogs you will know...until then I am sure that you will just keep on enjoying them...I can see that they are happy by the pictures you have on your web site....Sammy loves obedience work....he thinks that it just the best thing he can do....and when he does it right he is so excited that he just yodels with happiness....Merry on the other hand thinks nothing is much better than a good game of chase the ball, frisbee, and a miriad of other items. She at least brings them back...Sam sometimes forgets that is his part of the game and lets me get them instead. Oh well, what can I say...they behave beautifully, but they are spoiled.
Time to get off this computer for today...I am having trouble with the computer recognizing the printer and have fought with it all morning...so I am going to the park and will have someone come and look at it tomorrow.
Hope you are having a good day with wonderful weather...Marion

Thank you! :) This is one of my paintings of my corgi Ricco that I lost on August 6, 2009 Thought I would share it with you..... Have a great day!!!

  • Marion Hebert

Just a note to ask you what you are using for flea control....We are having a lot of problem in this area with Frontline topical not working...Vets are advising Advantage for a few months and then going back to Frontline. I do not want to use the new pill. Just feel like I would want to see it in use a little longer before I give my it to my dogs. Merry and Sam are thinking it is time to go out and get some play time in.....its cold and wet here...like the last few days...but I guess we will go out anyway. Next week is supposed to be sunny and back in the 70's. Yea!!!!! Hope all is well at your home. Marion
  • Marion Hebert

Hi...just a short note to say we are doing fine...the corgis are loving the cooler weather....and we are all excited about going to the corgi specialty in Leesburg, Va. this weekend....Outdoor show with rain predicted...This show is held at the Oatlands a very large property that is just drop dead gorgeous...We always have a good time there...Besides that I am very involved in the election for commonwealth attorney in this area and the We Surround Them group..Never thought I would be a political beast...but I just don't want to see the free America go down the tubes. Will let you know about the show and if it rained....Hope all is well with you and the Low Riders. I am hoping to add some pictures of my corgis to my web site soon...but I am computer illiterate and need to find someone to help me set it up....Marion
  • Marion Hebert

I am not having a flea problem yet....but my friends sure are. Love you suggestion of the flea collar for the vacuum....Do you really think the brewers yeast with garlic is a help...I have never tried that....but might now that I know about it...thanks for the info. marion

OK I admit my ignorance. What do the the tabs do to enhance the corgi skin and haircoat...I know your website with Nuno Lupio's music is the best relaxer I have run into in a long time...You know I love it. I am going to get on the ball and order some from itunes today. Marion
  • James S. Nixon

Thanks for the Welcome. I don't own a Corgi just yet, but a Pembroke is on order from a local breeder. It will be available in late January 2010.

Hi, Just got back from Tulsa to see the baby she was a 1yr old last Thursday. Missed you all.
  • Marion Hebert

Hi from the three of us in Virginia.....It is chilly and rainy here, but that has not stopped us from having some quality play time in the wet and soggy leaves. I rake and Merry and Sammy run through and I rake again. They have had a great time checking on what the squirrels have been stashing and eating some of the nuts....sure am glad that none of them are a health hazard...Merry doesn't miss a trick....she is the neighborhood greeter...Sam is the one that barks....if he gets excited about doing something well and you praise him...he just is so tickled that he takes a lap around the yard spinning and barking...Luckily the neighbors do not complain..I have to laugh....what a pair...We did not get to the dog show....got tied up with the Commonwealth Attorney race....Tomorrow is election day and then that part of my life will relax.....Next show near Virginia Beach and we do plan to get there. Sam, Merry, and I send our love and hope all is well at your home. Marion

Thought I would just drop in and say HI! I have been very busy lately and also have been fighting a problem with my computer and the printer...hopefully that is now fixed...and I did it myself...Yea!! Sam, Merry and I are all well and getting a little sick of the rain...Yes, hurricane IDA has made it all the way to Virginia...somewhere between 5 and 8 inches of rain forecasted and winds up to 55 mph. Needless to say potty time is interesting...As always Sam aims to please, at the nearest bush...Merry just say this is too much...turn it off already...how could you think I could potty in this stuff...I think they are wishing for the sun to come back and go for a play in the park or a walk with their best friends...a black lab and big mixed terrier...Hope all is well with you...Marion
