Yes it is such a great site, I've gotten so much good advice from seasoned corgi owners. My whole life we owned labs, huskies, and german shepherds. Corgis are so weird - every single one it seems...
No need to tape. Just massage his ears way down @ the base near the skull, rubby-rub back up to the tops, but focus on the base. Your pup will become very relaxed and take a lot of comfort in this attention. Eddy would fall asleep like a little baby when I did this to him, and he melts for it now, too. Do it for up to 5 minutes, several times throughout the day. If it takes longer than a month, there is a huge chance they'll pop up during teething time - when your puppy will be developing his head, jaw, and ear muscles. Even now, at 8 months, Eddy will sometimes wake up with a floppy ear!!! It goes up within an hour, of course. Just know it takes time.
That's great! We got our Rocco last June from a breeder in AL that was fantastic! He will be 1 very soon. I think we are only capable of handling one corgi right now though!
Hey! I seen your post on Kentucky Corgis! Riley is a beautiful Corgi! I live on the eastern side of Ky and looking for people with corgis since they are not very common in kentucky. I actually got my first corgi in bowling green!
