Thanks! His full name was "Fezzik Inconceivable". He was a little giant with a huge heart (and after 30 years of retrievers) "inconceivable" that we then chose a corgi. He was a fabulous dog and I lost him last April. I still miss him every day, although having Tag helps ease the pain of his loss.The Princess Bride is our all-time favorite movie. Corgis are not common in Mexico, but thay are certainly appreciated!

Hi Geri & Sidney.  Thanks for welcoming us.  We live on Oahu in a little town in the center of the island.  Tama seems to like it here - his first family was from Georgia and he's spent some time in Texas and he's been here since December 2010.  This is his forever home.

The vet and the previous owner said corky wasn't a full corgi. That picture of him kinda lies, he has a long crocked curly tail.

Thank you for the welcome!  Our Corgis' names are Corky and Auggie.  Both were shelter dogs and both sort of named themselves - Corky, because she seemed so quiet and settled at the shelter and in the car on the way home, but once she saw her very own backyard to run in, took off like a cork from a champagne bottle!  And Auggie, because, well, he just looked like an Auggie Doggie.  He began responding to his name almost immediately, leading us to believe that it was truly his name!  I'll post some pics soon.  I'm looking forward to getting to know other Corgi owners and sharing all your wisdom!  These are our first Corgis, and I think we will have lots of questions!

Clue's tail was docked, but it wasn't docked real short like typical Pembroke. 

People try and tell me he isn't pure bred because of it. Or they mistake him for Cardigan. 

It's a little annoying. Does this happen to you? 

I don't understand why people think that. And I dislike when people try and tell me what breed my dog is. Haha, I think I would know best. 

But yes, we love Clue's little nub, when he is happy it gets wagging super fast!

Thank you for asking :) My mama was named Watermelon by the breeder, but since coming to us she has lost weight? and we call her Melon now, maybe Honeydew Melon instead :) Her two babies that we adopted first are Daisy and Koda.
