Ferris is sooo sweet! Daisy is 7 monthes now and can only do the basics in the training dept. We have a pound dog and he caught on real fast! I would say the earlier the better...I think we started Chap earlier than Daisy. Also, it's harder to train when the other that knows all the tricks still tries to steal the show! Awwww! Ferris is so cute! I love how you gave him a buzz. I'm going to visit her this Thursday... sooo excited! So how has it been training the pup?? It's mine and my boyfriends first dog without our parents as well. I'm really happy I joined this site. It's so nice to meet a fellow Celestial Star member. =)

hi Lexie and Ferris. When I came across your profile picture I thought I was looking at my 2nd pup, Turtle. They look so much alike and about the same age (he was born 2/25/08). Very cute!

I'm definitely going to try the bell method as well. I'm going to try and potty train Reese on the tile area and slowly open the house to her. Of course she'll be able to be around when supervised. I hope she doesn't get to the shoes. I'll be sure to have a lot of toys for her. My family dog at my parents house never chewed on anything that wasn't his. He was a pretty good dog... definitely lucked out. Thank you for all the heads up. I'm sure I'll need all I can get!
