About Me:: I am a dog lover. I have always had a dog. I just recently lost a bassett hound/black lab mix 5 months ago at the age of 12 1/2 .

About My Corgi(s):: I just recently purchased an 8week old Tri colored male pembroke welsh corgi, named Darby, from a registered breeder in Lancaster Pa. He is so adorable , he reminds me of a little bear cub. He is the center of attention with the family and the neiighborhood children and he knows it too

Update: Darby is now 1 year old and is still just as fun as the day I got him,, He brings us lots of love and laughter with his puppy ways. And yes , he is very Spoiled!!! Can you tell???lol

Marie, Darby is adorable! Just got to love those tri-colored or for that matter any colored corgi. How old is Darby? I can see by your pictures he is already spoiled. Don't you just love spoiling them. We just added a second fur baby to our family, his name is Bomber. Samantha is doing better all the time with him, after all for 17 months she was the only baby. Welcome to my corgi and thank you for the invite. It is going to be such fun watching our little ones grow up together.

I'm so sorry about your loss. I too am getting a puppy after losing my Shetland Sheepdog two years ago at the age of fifteen. I hope you're finding much joy in the adorable Darby.

Here is my old rescue girl Molly. :) She had something other than lab and basset in her (I think pointer), but she had short legs, long body and huge paws. Sweet souls, they are.

Wooo! Congrats! I'll be thrilled when Eddie's finally housebroken.
Darby looks like a clown for sure-- You can see it in his eyes. I've fallen in love with the corgi flop. I've never seen a breed of dog sleep with it's legs like that *constantly.*

She and her fiance live near Pennridge High.

Darby looks like my baby boy Sesame from some angle.

He is a tri color Corgi and turning to 1 year old in a couple weeks. He is still very much a pup with a lots of energy and constantly bothering his old sis Aily.

I think my friend couples might be living in the same area as you are! Their townhome is right across from the Pennridge High also!

YES! We can definitely plan a play date when REAL spring finally gets here:) I hate this cold and rainy weather.
It's a low rider thing, but their bellies get muddy and dirty every time we go out:(

No we haven't....haven't been up in Perkasie area for a while.

We will probably start bringing them to the Peace Valley Park soon for a nice long walk on weekends.
