I am a produce broker married to Michelle, and a father of 2 AWESOME kids! I am an animal lover especially my dogs!! Living the good life in South Jersey, :)
Welsh Corgi Breeder?
No
About My Corgi(s):
Jack is a spunky little guy. He is small corgi and weighs about 16 pounds. His father was 19lbs. and his mother was 11lbs.Jack loves to run in the back yard with his dachshund sister Bella. He loves to chase balls, tug on his rope, and herd my kids Micheal and Mia.He has brought so much joy into our lives!
Welcome, you have lovely children and your furbabies are cute. You sound like a very proud parent of the human and doggy kind, and rightly so. It's great to hear such pride.
Thank you for the Welcome. We've had many dogs over the years but this one is extra special. Our first Corgi. I am purposefully on the look out for them now. I love the personality.
Lol! Well I can only hope.. They are a highstrung set of doxi's tho! But Im sure if anyone will be able to put em in their place it will be Tank. =P Have a great day!!
yea, thought it was weird, i got his papers and all, not sure what the breeders did, all of his litter had long tails, but it gives him character, oh you have a doxie too, how cute..I love my corgi so much. he is such a ham. it's like I go three kids.
Thanks! Your little guy is adorable too! I think Peanut is going to end up a little bigger than him. She weighed almost 8 pounds at 10 weeks! So far, I love everything about the Corgis! They are really great dogs!
Hi guys! Thanks for the welcome. I would need almost three lil Jacks to make my chunky monkey, Gabby! We're trying to convince everyone it's just fur. BTW, he's a wee CUTIE!
Thank you. Your little guy is handsome! I see he likes nylabones like mine does. I'm convinced there is no cuter pup than a corgi... people thought Buddha was a guinea pig wearing a harness and leash when I brought him to Petco after I picked him up as a 6wk old haha.
Thank you; I am sorry to hear about Lexi also. I have heard that lymphoma is becoming very common in Corgi's. What type of lymphosarcoma did she have and how did you choose to treat it?
We fought hard especially after being given the bad news early in March of 2008 and my vet had no options for me because he was completely old school. I hit the ground running and a prognosis of 3 - 8 months became 21. I question where I let my guard down after 20 months of the disease not spreading. I definitely have issues with the way the last couple of weeks went down and I'm still working through it. We did not euthanize him, he died suddenly in the back yard in the middle of the night.
I am shocked that Lexi was so young; that is really tragic. Cancer runs amok these days and it's really heartbreaking to see animals suffer from it when their lives are so short to begin with.
Your new little pup is so much like Yardley. I love your pics!
Thank you so much for the welcome! Yeah the breeder said that he was the first one to start lifting his ears, so only time will tell! He is about 6-7 weeks in that picture, and we are planning on bringing him home at 9-10 weeks.
I will when I get my camera back from my parents house. I left it there over christmas :( I have some on my phone camera but it doesn't take the best pictures with a moving dog!
Thank you! She can be good, but only if she wants something, otherwise she kinda does her own thing, I am only there to let her outside and to feed her ;)
