Event Description

There will be Corgis and food, Corgis and games, Corgis and raffle items, and did I mention there will be Corgis!!! What more could one want? Show Corgis, rescue Corgis, little Corgis and big Corgis, Pemmie Corgis galore and some Cardi Corgis might attend too...and maybe even a few honorary Corgis...BOL.

The park is easy to get to from most anywhere in So. Cal.! So, Corgis in LA, OC, San Diego, Ventura and the Inland Empire...pack up your hoomans and come out for a very fun day in the park! And please say hi to Phoebe, Yoli and yours truly!

We have brought 4 great baskets to donate to the raffle...and there are always lots of wonderful things on the raffle table...lots of great food...the weather is perfect this year...we are so looking forward to seeing all the Corgis! I just wish the park would allow doggies in their cabin rentals. I know they would sell out. We have an RV, but not all of our friends do, so the cabins would be a nice option for them. Well, time to start the BBQ in this Corgi B & B...LOL.

Comment by Ginny on June 18, 2010 at 1:10pm: There are a fair amount of trees in the "Area C" where we have the event. In the park right now, it is just after 10AM and there is a cool breeze. Cannot guarantee that it will be the same tomorrow, but I seriously doubt it will be too much different. Do bring chairs & water, etc...bring the canopy if it is easy, but I don't think it will be necessary!

I'll be wearing a blue "corgi is my homedog shirt" I don't own any party collars though :( I need to figure out what I'm bringing too for the potluck. SIGH. :D
