I thought Urbana would be a bit far for the Wisconsin Corgi lovers.

However, I wanted to be sure to invite you Cheeseheads since I have been coming to your Corgi Picnic the last couple years.  It is far, but we have such a great time.

Maybe I'll see you at the Cheesehead Picnic again this year.

What day is the picnic?  Is it on September 7th?

I just found out we have a family wedding to go to Friday, September 6th.  The wedding is on the border of Illinois and Wisconsin.  We could go to the wedding on Friday and we would only be an hour away from the Corgi Picnic on Saturday.

As far as groomers...  I would not take advantage of that because the dogs are there to have a good time.  I would not stress them out when they are there just to have fun.  I would probably not pay much attention to a speaker since I love watching the dogs.

I loved last year's picnic with the fun prizes and lots of Corgi play.  The food was great too!

If you want to add some Corgi game or competition, that could be fun.  It might be hard to organize with so many dogs.

If I get a groomer to come and do nails, I would need a good number of people who are for sure going to do it--basically it would have to be worth the groomer's time to drive out there.
