- There are now 3 Cardigans. The first is Aber ("river" in Welsh), he's 10 1/2, black and white, has IVDD and is recovering from back surgery right now. He still can't walk, but he'll stand if you get him started. We just added Ragnar to the family back in Feb 2010. He's a gorgeous blue merle with stunning blue eyes. He's now nearly 11 months old and sweet when he's not a total terrorist. Right now, he's still trying to learn manners, and spends his time making strange noises and herding the cats. Kelso, his half-brother, joined us nearly 2 months ago. He's 5 months old and possibly the sweetest most pliable dog I've ever met. He also knows "sit" already, while his big brother still only agrees to sit when it suits him.

kelso looks like a spittin' image of Dori, with a bit more of the tan points coming through. you can definitely see the family resemblance. and yeah, i think the way the bloodline works out, they would be cousins!
we live in rhode island, but if we ever venture to your neck of the woods, it would be great to meet up for a family playdate. also, hope Aber is holding up ok!

Derek said… - I am sorry that the little one has worms. It is a common issue in puppies. Just make sure to clean his rear end after each bathroom break, the worms are hard to kill. It took over a month to kill them with Morgan as a pup. I guess they can servive for a long time outside the body and then return to the intestines. So scoop the poop and wash the baby well. I wish my Vet told me the First time I paid for a visit, not the third.
