No doubt we are all smitten with our corgis and experience the daily joy of sharing their love, antics and smiles. At this time of year many reflect and feel the need to do something for the breed that has done so much for them. Know that a donation to your favorite rescue group or to Corgi Aid is always most appreciated and will go to a corgi in need. Remember that these organizations operate on the adoption fees collected and the donations they receive. There is no state or federal funding. They are staffed with dedicated volunteers whose mission in life is to help corgis in need. We are most fortunate to have Corgi Aid, a national organization the offers financial assistance for dogs in rescue programs to help them get back to good health before being adopted. You can bet it is a feel good to know you have helped.
