Can any one in North Carolina help “Smidgen”?

I found this earlier on rescueme.org and I hope this is the place to post this. I would love to help Smidgen find a safe place.
Owner surrendered for“To much Hair” just makes me ill. But more important they are saying this
fellow only has a short time and as a new Corgi family we don’t have a lot of
contacts yet so if someone can help him get in a rescue or Home well it would make my
day for sure. Thia was a pound pup and is now the best dog I have ever
owned.
