I'm actually working with the owner on rescuing this guy. I really don't know why she reposted him on CL after agreeing to surrender him to rescue. Going to ask her about that. I DO need help transporting him from Norfolk to Ohio, where a girl has agreed to foster him who is expereinced with epileptic corgis, which he is and which isn't mentioned in this ad.

Maybe you can post of a VA board asking for help with transfer? I actually live about 3 hours from there but wanted to share it.
