Floppy Ear

For some reason one of Poppy's ears is flopping over most of the time. It stands up sometimes... but not like it should. I have no idea why this is happening. She is almost 8 months old and I have had her since she was three months old. Her ears have always both stood up nice and straight until recently. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions appreciated.

We are going through the same thing with Jet and he is the same age. His ears actually didn't fully stand up until about 2-3 months ago so people were constantly giving us advice. I heard many different solutions to from massaging the ear to giving him dairy for the calcium and even chewing (on a kong) to strengthen his ear muscles. If nothing else, we think that it is cute and gives Jet extra personality.
