This is for all new fluff owners.  I didn't realize how much Quin needed to be brushed ( she is a little over a year old)  I brush her about once a week or so but not real consistently but she always looks pretty I mostly do her trouble areas behind her ears and her pants.  But if you dig your fingers into the fur on her hind quarters you can feel little lumps of fur that are caught there because she is so thick.  They are way deep in her fur.  I have started line combing her and I am going to try to do it every day after our walk. ( She get a bit antsy if I do it for too long)  I don't use the furminator on her because it damages the coat.  I am a bit of a perfectionist on some things:)  So if you don't know what line combing or brushing is find out.  It is a must to get all that under coat. :)
