Ok, so... we just got new laminate flooring. We cleaned all the sub-flooring well and the dogs still keep peeing/marking in the house. So, we either have to get rid of the dogs or find a way to keep them from peeing/marking in the house. We have tried everything we can think of. They usually do it when we can't see it. It's going to start getting cold soon, so we can't keep them outside. I am thinking of trying to make some cloth/pad things that go around their bellies where the pad area covers their sprayers. I am looking for input on ideas of how to make them. I want to be able to buy the cheap feminine pads at the dollar store and cut them to be smaller and be able to insert them in a pocket or something. It would velcro to itself on their backs so they would stay on. I do not know what they are called. I have seen/heard of them and can't seem to put in the right words for them to show up on any kind of search here or otherwise. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok,here is the deal with the dogs. There are 4 dogs and 3 owners... Who all don't agree on training and not everyone will stay on the same page with enforcing things. None of us have ANY money left over from bills. So, right now a Pro is out of the question. We have tried keeping The Perpetrator outside/crated. When he does come in even while supervised, he sprays/pees. We sometimes see it, we sometimes don't as he has NO warnings that he is about to pee. He just walks straight up to wherever he is going to pee and does it. No sniffing, no walking around, no looking for a place. Just goes up and does it. For punishment we show him his mistake, say No Peeing Inside and put him outside and say Pee Outside and make him stay out for a little while. While he is supervised, he is contained to one room and ALWAYS has access to outside. We clean the areas well with peroxide or vinegar. He is put outside when his owner leaves and is let off when his owner comes home. No one here really has a schedule as only one of us has a job and it's not a regular schedule job. Everyone gets up at different times and goes to sleep at different times and my mom for example doesn't really go many places very often.

Same dog also has a problem with barking. He barks at ANYTHING outside, weather there is something there or not. People walking by, a car driving by, leaves rustling, cats, squirrels, ANYTHING. We tried the squirt bottle and it doesn't work. We are currently trying a bark collar. Which works while it's on him and for about 15 minutes after it is taken off. It is very frustrating. Thanks for your help. I am going to look at the websites you suggested now and discuss things with everyone involved. I will keep you posted and welcome any other information/help etc. anyone has to offer. THANK YOU
