I don't know if anyone else gets this - but sometimes when I'm viewing photos in a thread (especially group discussions), the photos will be all s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d out. Like up and down stretched out. And it won't be all the pictures - but most of them.

Does this happen to anybody else? Know what can be done to fix it?

Hmmm...not sure but I'm a computer idiot. Sam is the best one to answer this. Sam, Sam, where ever you are!
Another good person to ask who is a new member is SuzSee. http://www.mycorgi.com/profile/SuzSee
Hi there! Yes, here's what you can do:

1. update your Internet explorer to version 7 or 8 beta

or

2. switch to firefox

or

3. switch to safari for windows
No wonder I don't have this problem..I use Firefox.
What are the benefits of Firefox vs. MIE?
What are you using?
Internet Explorer 6.
Hmm..ran into alot of problems w/Explorer. Firefox is much safer. These ning sites work better off of Firefox too.
To each its own really. But as a consultant to the Microsoft I.T. Counsel, I can tell you that Microsoft is making a lot of improvement in the upcoming IE 8 :)

The fastest browser to date is still FireFox3, besides security, faster browsing, there are many add ins that may benefit your usage.
I've just always heard to use FireFox and microsoft gets alot of bad publicity but what do I know..I'm so far in left field on this topic its kinda sad actually. =(
Thanks, Sam...I will try that on my home computer (unfortunately, I am not allowed to make any changes to my work computer!).

Edited to add: I just realized that I actually have the firefox browser on my work computer (just never used it)....came back here and the pictures were fine!
