Does anyone know of the rescue contact for Georgia? I think we have two corgi or corgi mixes at the animal shelter and their time is about to be up (the animal control officer in charge told me this today.)

I'm going to check them out at lunch to see what's going on with them. She told me one has not been socialized at all and the other one is sweet.

Any help would be great.

In the web, I found this: Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of Greater Atlanta Rescue, Hilda Towery, 91 Willard Dr, Marietta GA 30066 (770) 428-8919 . Here is the link www.gacorgiclub.com It provides another link for rescue in the left hand side column. Good luck.
Bah that number was a bust. It was a bust in that the woman who answered the phone was so breathless and raspy that I didn't understand what she was saying.
Both corgi mixes (one is a pitbull mix and the other is...maybe a golden mix with a tail). The red head is really sweet boy. Not sure if he's neutered yet or not, but the pitbull hasn't really had much contact with people it seems. Their D-day is tomorrow
No go, no one is taking any more dogs. They are having trouble trying to adopt the ones they have as is. I'm going to see (if I'm not too late) if I can foster him until.
