Has anyone used Roomba? I am thinking of purchasing Roomba 562 (pet series), but thought if anyone has used it since it costs over $300... :( Our current vacuum is old, and starting to die down. Since my Corgi sheds all the time, thought having Roomba which supposedly cleans on its own might be a good investment. If you have any experience, please let me know. Thanks!

No one has Roomba? Really? Anyone heard of any other dog owners using Roomba? Thought more people would use it since Corgis shed so much hair! My dog sheds constantly, all year around rather than twice a year... Anyone? Any advice? Thanks in advance!
Here are the search results
The roomba is a supplement to your upright vacuum cleaner, we run it everyday, and get 1 bucket load everyday, in the weekends we run the dyson and still get buckets of fur. The 500 series is the only way to go, the older 400 series will die in no time due to a flaw in design. Your best bet is getting one from amazon.com or bed bath and beyond with a 20% coupon, that will keep your cost to around $199-210. Do not buy a roomba and expect it to replace your regular upright.
Thank you so much!! I'm fairly new to the site, so I didn't notice this discussion already took place... I will search the site first before posting a question next time. :) I guess other Corgi owners went through this battle with Corgi fur once or twice... :p
