Toki's always been a great car dog, she was enthusiastic about going on trips and would hop in the car by herself (or with help from mom). But suddenly Toki became afraid of the car... Nothing traumatic happened... The only awkward time I can think of was when she jumped off her chair and tried to climb under my feet while I was driving... I thought that was weird but it hasn't happened since. Now she won't come to me if she knows she's going in the car, she's nervous the whole time, increased drooling sometimes and she would try to jump out the window! So since she's been acting strange her car rides have been greatly reduced and I don't roll the window down anymore. Me and my boyfriend like to take trips and we can't leave our little girl behind...
So we are thinking about buying a dog car seat. I'm not sure how much she would like that but we want to give it a shot. Can anyone recommend a good car seat for her please? She's a little small for a corgi, about 25-26 lbs depending if she eats her breakfast :)
