Clean run is coming out with a lovely new compilation of their "alphabet drills" - you might want to look into that too! You get a free CD demonstrating the drills if you pre-order before July 25th.

Very cool! Wish I had a fenced back yard. I was practicing going out and staying close around trees in the park and Jack loved it so much he was saying "Rghrgh" around the trees. If I could set up little jumps at home he'd have a blast.
I used to ride horses so seeing combinations and stuff is almost second nature to me; agility is sort of taken from the jumper ring of equestrian sports. Do I take the tighter turn and lose forward momentum but travel a shorter distance? Or do I take the longer run and gain speed but also distance? Same concept, different critter....
I wish I had a back yard too. As of right now I drag all my agility stuff out to our apartment's tennis court. When I want to set up the weave poles it can take me 3-4 trips back and forth before I get everything out there. It's a lot of work, but it is fun to see Baxter have a good time.
That's really cool. I bet there are a lot concepts in common. Just think of them as little horses.
